This Privacy Policy explains how VIQSA Solution LLP ("we", "us", "our"), an LLP registered in India which operates the Codebeck technology services brand, handles personal information collected through codebeck.com (the "Website").
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is VIQSA Solution LLP, India. Codebeck is a brand of VIQSA Solution LLP and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, business email address, country, job title, the services and technologies you are interested in, project description, expected start date and budget range.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, for security and operational purposes. The Website loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for details.
Cookies and analytics. We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you allow them. See Cookies and similar storage below.
Cookies and similar storage
When you first visit, a banner asks which types of cookies we may use. Nothing other than essential cookies is set until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and marketing cookies already set on this site.

Our cookies are first-party. They are sent only over HTTPS (Secure) and use SameSite=Lax. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google tags are told your choice and do not store analytics or advertising cookies without consent. We also respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, marketing cookies stay off by default.

We also process personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
5. Where your enquiry is stored
Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored on our own web hosting server in a location that is not publicly accessible, and a copy is sent to our business email inbox. Only authorized VIQSA Solution LLP staff can access them. To limit abuse, the form also records a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours, and the IP address is stored with your enquiry.
6. WhatsApp
If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The website itself does not load any WhatsApp code; the button is a simple link.
7. Sharing your information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, hosting and form-handling providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law. If you engage us, relevant details may be shared with the engineers assigned to your project.
8. International transfers
We are based in India. If you contact us from outside India, your information will be processed in India and may be processed by our service providers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Information relating to clients is retained for as long as required by contract and applicable law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@codebeck.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or highly sensitive data through the contact form.
12. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
